Firm Founder

A native South Bay resident, Studio Synergy’s founder and president, Nuné Nitsiotis, is a graduate of the University of Southern California, School of Architecture. While at USC, he had the privilege of studying under such great local Los Angeles architects as Pierre Koenig, Ray Kappe, Michael Lehrer, Jim Favaro, & David Grey. Upon graduation, he began working for Frank Gehry Associates in Santa Monica, building models for the new Guggenheim Museum in Bilboa, Spain. With a continued passioin for this level of work and for Museum projects, Nuné took a position in Utah at Fitzsimmon's Associates where he worked on the new Museum of Art at Brigham Young University. After 3 years of working on the museum and other such institutional and commercial projects, Nuné found himself back in California working for the Withee Malcolm Partnership. Here he continued to work on many local, large scale commercial and mixed use projects throughout Southern California.

In 1999, Nuné founded Studio Synergy. In doing so, he has taken over 20 years of experience to establish a firm with the highest standards of professionalism, personalized customer service, design and technical abilities. Whether the project is a private residence or commercial project, whether it is a new construction, addition, renovation or tenant improvement, he brings the same level of care and a wealth of information to guide the overall success of the project. His personal work methodology is to have a hands on approach which emphasizing the very best solutions and team performance.
